No stains. Buttons and zippers must be attached and working. Everything must be freshly laundered in a sturdy bag or basket. No trash bags. :)- If we are behind going through clothes You will still get cash for your clothes. It is our job to get done wht needs to get done that wont be put on you. I'll make a note
If you can't pick up your clothes the day you drop them off you get store credit not cash ... even if they are behind going through clothes.
