Try the namesake Pisillo with porchetta, prosciutto & buffala mozzarella.- Consistently delicious.Definitely try to split one.My fav is the Napoli. Best panini place downtown if not in the city, hot peppers-amazing, too strong however, so getting then on the side is advised
