They serve the tastiest Rainbow Cake in Cebu. The cream cheese frosting is the perfect compliment to the cake's moist texture!
Try all of their cupcakes, cakes, scarlette crinkle and scarlette in a jar because I personally love it~reaaaally love it 💓
