- One of my favorite burgers. A nice balance between fast food style (shredded lettuce, highly seared patty, potato bun) and restaurant style (white cheddar, caramelized onions).
- Forget being healthy. Get the jalapeno Cheddar grits with shrimp, a fried egg, bacon, drowned in a delicious spicy sauce.

- Most people say the fish tacos, but be sure to get the fried chicken sandwich for lunch. Order two éntrees if you must!
- Cheddar jalapeño grits + kale are great starters. For a hungry day get the shrimp and grits. Otherwise the tuna tartare and quinoa salad are lighter dishes.
- Build-a-biscuit is flavorful, customizable, and a surprisingly satisfying portion. And, oh, the pastry basket is a mouthful of naughty.
- There's an off-menu "secret burger" with house-made pimento cheese, house-cured bacon + more - ask your server for the deets!

- The muesli is amazing, as are the biscuits and coffee! Make sure to get the peach jelly with your scones - it has whole chunks of peach!

- The best fried chicken north of Virginia, this is the highest-quality comfort food you can buy. The drinks don't suck, either. :)

- Get the meatloaf but you'll need to order a side of mashed potatoes. It's pretty special.
