AD NysFevereiro 25, 2016Only one word describes this tired hotel: beige. No room service, no minibar. If you get stuck here, you'll want to be in and out as fast as possible.
Free wifi in lobbies on 1st & 2nd floors. Also, good exercise room on 3rd floor.

TDezembro 14, 2016Typically stay in SPG properties (all ranges) and was pretty disappointed at how old/shabby this was compared to the $$$- "Go West, Young Man!" does not apply to this location, especially after dark, unless you're prepared to run. It'll be an adventure though.

Don't plan on unpacking too much clothing. Closet and drawer space is exceedingly limited. Must not be used to people staying longer than 2 days...

The earplugs provided in the room are a necessity. The windows seem to magically amplify street noise from 20 stories below.

Tara AndersonMaio 10, 2013Beautiful hotel! We had a room with a view on the 23rd floor! Staff was so friendly and upgraded us because it was my birthday. Water in room is SUPER hot so be careful! Shower pressure is stellar!
I've been here a dozen times and just found a Thai place on second floor. Random!
This is a great hotel, ask for a corner room.
Rooms are decent sized, but hotel is run down for the price. Good location.
Hotel wifi is horrible unless most guests are out or sleeping. Don't bother paying for the citi-net options - they're not much better. Try one of the cafes nearby.
Thai food is authentic is delicious. Friendly staff. Yum
