Danielle .Agosto 27, 2014Nice location in Waikiki without being on the main road. Plus, it backs up to the beach with a lovely view of Diamondhead. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and welcoming.

Md WongJunho 14, 2015The hotel is nice and it is always nice to be in Hawaii. As for the room, it was a little too noisy. I was woken up by the cars and trucks. My room was on the tenth floor. Maybe face the beach more.
Robert PerezSetembro 1, 2012Wonderful stay of 6 days. I had a full ocean view and was in the water in 30 seconds. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Would recommend to all. This is my third trip to Hawaii.

RonDezembro 28, 2012Watch out for the people selling Time Share. They are very aggressive and the hotel allows them to work under an "Activities" sign in the foyer.
Spectacular Hotel!!! Great access to the beach, and pro tip the oceanfront suites have a better views than the penthouse. Beautiful and relatively affordable for a location right on the beach. Mostly older couples & families, but hip nightlife is nearby. Valet only parking at $30 a day.

Very helpful staff with excellent restaurants. Good access to Waikiki beach and a decent pool. Valet system is top-notch. Pretty quiet since location is off strip.

Such a gorgeous hotel! Friendly staff and updated atmosphere!

Great hotel! Service was wonderful in every way. Ken the bell captain/valet was especially wonderful.
Eat at the grille next to the bar. It's good food and never a wait.
Serenity Spa is the best! Be sure to leave your shoes in your room!
