- They don't have half pints of milk for kids and it's a bit of a hassle but you can get milk as a free snack drink stocked in your room versus just soda or ordering room service if you press.

Mike LMarço 22, 2013Valet had me all checked in with a key right as I pulled up. Love it! Ritz Carlton level of personal service- Use the hotel's beach towels to mark your beach chair so the aggressive hotel pool boys don't set lounge chairs on top / in front of you.

Mary SJunho 6, 2012No iron in the room. You have to call to have them bring it up, not good if you're in a hurry. Never stayed at a hotel that didn't have them readily available.
Come out and see us at the One Ocean lounge! Valet parking is complimentary!
