AirBart is the easiest way into SF. But bring exact change of $3 for the ride.
Really small airport and BART closes at around midnight, so if you have a late flight and need to get to SF don't fly in here.
The shuttle to the car rental location is like Mr Toad's Wild Ride! Liability waiting to happen.

No matter what airline your fly, make sure you're at the gate 45 minutes to an hour prior to departure. Doors close 10 minutes prior to departure. Airplanes don't wait for you, YOU wait for airplanes.

Although you'll see a Starbucks first on the Southwest terminal, keep walking an halfway down you'll find a Peets.

This airport is freezing every time i come. I'm wearing snow boots, a knit scarf, a thermal, and a hoodie, but I'm so cold!!
Don't settle for Starbucks! There's a Peet's next to Gate 29.
Wifi here isn't so hot. Otherwise, everything goes quick here. & you gotta love the Starbucks that's open till midnight.
Owen MartinJaneiro 20, 2011To get to BART take the AirBart shuttle at bus stop 3E. 3$ cash, exact change or a credit card machine that takes about 3 minutes to operate.
Baggage claim is a complete disaster, two monitors for each carrousel with just ads no flight info. Good luck finding your bag!
