Crisp, clean‏ & refreshing. Brewed to be light refreshing ale without sacrificing flavor. ABV4.5%

Bisbee’s E.S.B./Riptide Red Ale

This traditional English style ale features a complex malt flavor profile & a nice fruity hop character. ABV 6%

Me So Hoppy

Has a big balanced malty backbone, this IPA has a focus on the hops flavor & aroma, but it finishes at 100 IPU’s. Only hopheads need apply! ABV 9% Goblet only.

Pelican Pale Ale

A traditional American style pale ale hopped w/ Cascade hops for a crisp citrus finish. ABV 5.5%

I.P.A.

With a‏ well balanced malty backbone, this IPA has a focus on the hops flavor & aroma, but it finishes at 80+ IPU’s. Only hopheads need apply! ABV 7.6% Ask for availability.

Dubbel Trouble

A new winter seasonal to warm the body. Roasty malty flavor, some chocolate notes w/ a big dried fruit profile. ABV 6.3%

This pilot batch beer. Is only available in 5 gallons at a time. These one off beers are to challenge pallets & the boundaries of creativity. Ask server for availability. ABV varies.

Soul Doubt Stout

American style stout. Lots of roasty malt character, w/ notes of toffee, chocolate & coffee. ABV 5.5% Nitro. Limited supply, Ask for availability.

This will be a seasonal spiced beer. Style & spices will reflect the current season. Ask server for availability. These will be in limited supply. ABV 6%

Cask

Traditional “REAL ALE” you will find in England. Cask conditioned ale is naturally carbonated, unfiltered & served at room temp. Tappings days will be posted on Facebook. Limited supply. Pint
