- Take the light rail. Soooo convenient and you enter the back route w shorter lines at security. Plus, it reduces your carbon footprint.
- French Meadow in Terminal 1 has great pastries and sandwiches.
- Pablo GutiérrezSetembro 27, 2014Long layover? Go to the Mall of America, about 15 minutes away on the blue line light rail. Better restaurants and lots of stores.
- There is a nice, quiet spot with comfy chairs just above Ike's restaurant.
- m*Março 3, 2013yea .Delta first class rocks, but if you go economy it is shit, you got to pay for everything. even for a film!
- French Meadow or Surdyk's are my favorite airport snack places
- I actually have been very pleased with Delta...reliable yearround, on time or early, and pleasant, polite crew.
- If you're a frequent flyer and you haven't tried the TSA pre-screening, do it. It's SO easy going thru security!
- The security checkpoint on the skyway (level 2, between the blue ramp and Terminal 1) was completely empty on a Saturday morning.
- Wi-Fi can be touchy to get working. But after that, even the complementary speeds are reasonable.
- Security line from the rental car area is the best deal and shortest line. Check in online before you go!
- Anamaria HernandezJunho 23, 2014They have iPads and charging stations at the gate. This is the nicest airport I've ever been to.
- A lovely clean airport and a good midway point between SF and Indy!
- Steve NovotnyJunho 20, 2010Great eating bar in the food court with power. Make sure and buy a mini power strip so if the plugs are full you can piggy back on someone else.
- Be prepared to walk a lot! Getting around between terminals and even between gates will have you wearing out your shoes! The rail shuttle helps but only so much.
- James LaurentiSetembro 17, 2013They have pinball machines, which make those 3 hour layovers so... much.. easier.
- The g terminal is great. If you have time to kill go there for better food and shopping.
- Brian AndersonJulho 13, 2013What do Chicago, Atlanta and Minni Airports have in common? They all are impossible on tight connections. #sweatymess
- Matt SiamiSetembro 19, 2013Concourse E bathrooms by gates E10+. Cleanest and nicest airport bathroom I've ever seen in my life
- This has always been one of my favorite airports but glad to only be here for a bit.
- Large windows make watching the planes take off easier.
- Check out Mimosa at gate G3 for a great beer selection.
- Rental Cars are near G concourse; look for the alternate-short cut to get to Gates G instead of the tram.
- Kat RobbAgosto 6, 2012Charley's cheesesteaks are amazing and made right in front of you! (in the food court)
- Barry BeachFevereiro 25, 2013Get your food in the food court between terminals. There are limited selections once you enter the concourse areas-especially in Concourse F!
- This place is super rad. The moving walkways are beyond! I love it here!!!
- They've added a good sushi place at the food court near C10. Not as good as DTW but good.
- DoubleTree by Hilton ManagerSetembro 22, 2011If you’re unable to select the middle seat when booking your flight, do not book that flight. The flight is most likely oversold which could make for an unwanted adventure when take-off time comes.
- Don't get coffee at Cari-poo or Dunkin Dishwater. There is a real Starbucks in the airport mall.
- Susan RussoSetembro 28, 201445 min from car rental to security! For Southwest (Term 2), u need to take light rail, not tram! Allow time.
- Make sure you are wearing your walking shoes and prepare for a looooooong trek to your gate!!!
- The Delta terminal (G) is better than rest of the airport. Newer and livelier.
- Very nice airport...Uber pick up app; at 2nd floor. Keep it in mind 😉
- Cheese curds at blue door pub. Don’t bother with the burgers.
- If you're just stopping through, Caribou Coffee is a must. Wish they had them in San Francisco!
