    "Bad service. Worst pizza hut outlet that I've ever visited. Waited 40 mins later to receive my takeaway pizza. Worst part, I've been told to only wait for 15 mins and no apology for the delay."

    "Service is good. Provides shuttle to Patong. Deluxe room is spacious, nice pool. Hotel situated uphill, so is windy in the night. Only downside is the shower is bit leaking and water will flow out."
