Lori ShiveJunho 23, 2011Flying Southwest - check in at the curb. Crazy inside with all the kids trying to get home. Could be over an hour wait for self service check in.
After years of people leaving tips here about security it still has not made any impact, they still the slowest security staff in the planet.
Security is much better now. Use online check-in if you can.
Worst security lines in the history of security lines. Bonus: they arrange them just like the ride lines at area theme parks. Wait times included!
Good luck trying to find a power outlet. There are some but very far and few between.
Tom PiazzaDezembro 13, 2010Was "randomly selected" for a security screening, but they don't realize that ur bag and shoes and wallet, etc. are sitting there unattended at the end of the conveyor belt.... A bit Rude.

LoperSetembro 8, 2011Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, order any kind of coffee from the ZaZa stand next to terminal 33, this place is a joke, serving coffee topped with hot water and syrup as a latte. Should be shut down.
Did I just get out of a plane, or a time machine? Definitely a 1986 mall vibe here..

Who had the great idea of having carpet on the TSA inspection point, it smells like stinky feet, and seems to be getting worst every week...
