I got the honey, basil toastie. It may be the best grilled cheese I have ever had. Creamy, sweet, herbaceous.
Very nice polish to the old joint! Still a wide selection of tasty beer too, including a few cask. Has that UK pub feel about it.

It isn't Mahar's but the space itself is a serious upgrade. Plenty of beer, both draught and bottles, to choose from. The food is good but if you're looking for a meal head to The Point two doors down
Great lighting and overall ambiance. Excellent selection of beer.
Beer list is great but most of the food is only OK. Exceptions are the beer cheddar soup and nachos.
Awesome list (mostly), decent food until 11-ish, worth the visit
