Great happy hour deals. Pay cash - it's a buck less per drink. Cocktails are pretty decent. Place is dark and looks seedy - different type of venue to go to, if you want something different.

They charge $20 hourly plus the actual Hookah. Unattractive risk factor of getting kicked out if someone buys out the shared table at $100. Post up a sign for nonrefundable $5 cover. Ridiculous.

Madame X is a very red, bordello-style bar/lounge with great drinks (reasonably priced), a sultry ambiance, private party rooms, a peaceful garden (smoking allowed) and an easy-going attitude. Happy Hour lasts until 9 p.m. every day.
