Great BBQ spot if you don't mind sitting at a high top - so glad they started selling their sauce at the grocery store. Sample plate is enough to share!
Whenever we have guests in town we always take them here. The BBQ is, if not the best in town, pretty close. However what really makes mac's standout is the fantastic atmosphere.Voto a favor Feb 25
E.J. MJunho 1, 2012Excellent veggie burger. The patty contains whole black beans and black eyed peas and some diced onions and green peppers held together by some type of egg and flour batter that is then fried. Tasty.

Pulled pork BBQ is great. The catfish platter is great. You have to order the Mac and Cheese.

Super crowded when it rains or is cold outside. Come early or late. Always always always order the mystery bottles or drafts.

If they have an Allagash seasonal on tap, do yourself a favor and have a round. Food is great, especially the brisket.

only place in charlotte i've found that serves Beef Ribs, and good beef ribs too.
