The rest of it, unfortunately, doesn't really live up to the expectations.- Gym is great: plenty of dumbbells, elipticals, and more. Walking distance to the Promenade, the pier, and tons of great stuff. All the staff incredibly customer oriented.
My favorite hotel in Santa Monica. The staff make it wonderful. Warm and friendly - true comfort and relaxation, without sacrificing style!

The lobby bar Le Troquet has a wonderful staff that is so accommodating. I love this place!!

Fantastic staff in a tired hotel. Doesn't need a remodel, but decor, lighting, and hallways aren't what I expect from a property this expensive.
