McFarland is the bomb! And yes I am an amateur smoker with a couple killer recipes myself(or so I'm told).

DELICIOUS. Get the full rack of ribs! Worth the drive from Milwaukee. The owner is great.

Anything on the menu is a rockin success brisket and anything pulled- So nice he has moved inside for the winter !!! No LD's withdrawals
