One of the first Williamsburg galleries, Pierogi is also one of the best. One of its artists, Dawn Clements, was a star at the 2010 Whitney Biennial.
Besides the award-winning theatre and dance productions, BAM's also a great place just to see a movie, because usually it's filled with (respectful) film nerds - even new releases.
