Fancier tacos, but not *expensive* and definitely great. Plus...booze! Also, they do a good brunch too. Only place I've found in NYC with enfrijoladas.

They are cash only (tax cheats) and outspoken Bernie bros. also their cleanliness rating fluctuates wildly--but it's never an A.

Decor, attitude, commitment to authenticity, and food freshness: 8/10. Flavor: 4/10. I had the Rajas and Carnitas tacos, and was shocked. Great tequila menu, though.

I finally found the best tacos in W'Burg. I'm a little late but holy crap. I almost wanna cry writing this tip right now. And most importantly, all of my Cali friends approve of this place.

Try the torta ahogada. Hardly any restaurant outside Guadalajara (Western Mexico) has nailed it like they did at La Superior.

The hipper cousin to Cevicheria Havemeyer, this place has more of a taco focus, but the same simple consistency.

Cash only. Server will take time letting you know this. As a partial Texan, I wasn't wowed. Queso was thick and carnitas dry.

Was excited to bring friends here from out of town and we were let down. Service was dismal, our food came out at different times, and food was not nearly as good as it used to be.
