Hotel excelente - bem localizado, organizado, limpo e quartos c bastante espaço. Algernon BAbril 3, 2010Have a drink at the bar on the roof. Its on the14th floor and it has an amazing view of the empire state building.
Hate it here. Vacuums in the middle of the night/morning and you can here EVERYTHING from the rooms next to you and above you. Also very dirty and cramped. Never will stay here again.- ask for one of the "12" rooms. 512, 612 etc. Larger and better configured than other King rooms

Roof top bar is great at night for a drink and a view.
The loyalty special doesn't work. After checking in 7 times, my special hasn't been unlocked. Promises promises...
Woman at front desk is incredibly rude. She gets briefly better (noticeably forced) when the manager is around. I can't believe that I am paying to be treated so poorly.
