Hotel excelente - bem localizado, organizado, limpo e quartos c bastante espaço. Ideal afterwork plan to mingle. bonus: the empire state building has never looked that close.

For the right price, it's a great hotel (location is everything!). Plan to have drinks at the rooftop bar (w/EmpireState Building views).

Hate it here. Vacuums in the middle of the night/morning and you can here EVERYTHING from the rooms next to you and above you. Also very dirty and cramped. Never will stay here again.- ask for one of the "12" rooms. 512, 612 etc. Larger and better configured than other King rooms

Tarik HSetembro 10, 2011The elevators are extremely slow - use the stairs, it's MUCH quicker and the floors aren't doubles so it's quick.
Roof top bar is great at night for a drink and a view.

Woman at front desk is incredibly rude. She gets briefly better (noticeably forced) when the manager is around. I can't believe that I am paying to be treated so poorly.
