The chicken are specially cooled to lock in the freshness and juiciness. It will be a waste if u dun try.

My favs are Teochew fish soup and Hainanese chicken rice.
- The prata here is seasonal... sometimes quite okay, sometimes cannot make it... :-)
- Apart from the Chicken Rice, the carrot cake is good also.

The chicken rice here is the big draw. Everything else is adequate, but nothing out of the ordinary.
