With 30 seats and no reservations, 22 Ships is democratizing casual dining in HK. Prices are steep, but the wow factor is worth it.
All the food I ate at this restaurant was fresh, and of the highest quality. They use very little if any oil in their cooking, and no MSG. Will definitely be going back. 2 floors of dining room spa
Great set lunch- 7 delicious courses for $198. All seats are around a tiny kitchen where the chef has pans boiling and bubbling away, spitting in your face!!! Got a nice oil burn on my neck. Beware!
Make a reservation or aim for take out. The place is busy. The vegetarian dumplings in spicy peanut sauce is to die for as well as the spicy eggplant.
