Sales dept is great, but AVOID THE SERVICE DEPT. They break parts, deflect the blame, and then force you to pay to get it fixed. What I was told would take 2 hours took all day!- These guys have the best customer service and, the new customer lounge is awesome.
Best dealership in KC. Service waiting area is awesome and serves free lunch!
