Service! Service! Service! And loads of old world charm. Check in was smooth; the room was beautiful; water pressure in the shower was perfect; the lotion was thick and moisturizing. Big fan!

We are here for our wedding anniversary. Staff is outstanding. David at front desk did his best to get us checked in fast. nightmare! there is a big piece of human nail on my bed and holes in sheets and pillows! no complimentary water even for platinum. no slippers in room. I cannot believe it's an IHG brand!
