Max RFevereiro 15, 2015Wir waren erst zu früh für unser Zimmer (~12:15 Uhr), dann gab es die von uns gebuchte Kategorie nicht mehr. Die Dame sagte, dass wir "downgegradet" werden! DOWNGRADE!? Wo gibt's das denn? Finger weg!
