Ana Paula GubiottiNovembro 26, 2013Maravilhoso !!! Piscina incrível com dois bares molhados fantásticos !! Fique no quarto com vista para o mar, é o melhor. O jantar no restaurante italiano é ótimo e o Zen também é legal. É só relaxar!
Um hotel simplesmente incrível. Ótimo atendimento e serviços. Bela piscina, praia muito boa em frente ao hotel. Coma um sushi no Zen. Alugue um Jet Sky ao lado do hotel.

Um ambiente muito bom! Sem contar o visual que nos remete aos Hard Rock Café desse mundo!
A carne é muito macia, principalmente , a picanha . O único problema é que eles não sabem cortar a carne como no Brasil. Mas é uma boa opção. Valeu.

Em reforma para deixar com a marca Hard Rock barulho de obras até de madrugada. Apesar desses problemas o Hotel é muito bom.

Service is excellent! There are two wifi servers to choose from - one better than the other depending on where you are in the hotel. Friedas is the best food!!

Paul WheelerOutubro 19, 2013Take the R1 bus ($1) which is out and to the right of the resort. Go up to the Isla Mujeres dock and take the big YELLOW boat over to the island ($17 per person roundtrip) enjoy authentic Mexican food

Enjoy a jolly rancher, Bob Marley, and Miami vices!
Get there early if you want to eat at the hibachi grille. Otherwise, it will probably be an hour to one and a half hour wait. The food is great here. The menu is better than when it was a Miyako.

Excelente servicio, excelentes instalaciones, LA MEJOR PLAYA de la zona hotelera. Lo malo, pura música en inglés y rock viejo; Elevadores lentísimos. Buena comida y buenas botellas. Mayoría gringos.
Es un restaurante sensacional, los cortes son buenos y la guarnicion bien seleccionada... Picahna y lechon son lo mejor
