Trust us - our baby back ribs will have you singing a different song. We use our spare rib rub for these babys, but before they're done smoking, we give them a nice glaze using our own barbeque sawse. These are also cooked until tender but still put a little fight up & served up by the rack. If you want some of these on one of your dinners, there's a 2.40 surcharge because they're just that good

Our chicken history goes way back to the time of owning & operating a fried chicken joint - we've applied some of our learned knowledge to the way we prepare our birds for their last flight. If you want chicken, show up early because this is typically the first thing we sell out of daily

For those w/ a big appetite, we recommend the Roland. Two of our spare ribs, a half pound of brisket sliced the way you want it & a stick of either our regular or jalapeno-cheese sausage. Oh, you also get all the sides you'd like. We'll send a doggy bag out to the table if you can't finish it.
