Lisa RandolphAgosto 5, 2017You can watch the Epcot fireworks from your private balcony. Walking distance to Disney Springs. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, shuttle runs to Disney Springs in the evenings.

Richard RevillaMaio 14, 2018Heated pools are wonderful and morning breakfast is pretty awesome. Bathrooms need serious renovation in the tower and staff could be a bit more pleasant. 10 minute walk to Disney springs.

Lynn HartAgosto 18, 2017The pool is so much fun, it has a great lazy river, a safe section for toddlers and a huge regular swimming pool.The Shades Restaurant by the pool has a hamburger you don't want to miss.
Matthew BergholtOutubro 19, 2014Nice rooms and balconies but expensive Internet and small breakout rooms if you are hosting a big conference here. Free parking is a nice surprise though with it being in the Disney area.
Tammy CassidyMarço 16, 2019The room was beautiful and great location. Parking was horrible. You now have to pay $22/night and you need a map to get from the lot to the front door because it’s so far away.
Taking the shuttle bus to one of the parks? Note where the bus drops you off, since that is exactly where they will pick you up. Look for the yellow "B" sign in the window for BV Palace (not Suites).
The staff is great! Sean at the consigners desk is so friendly and helpful. The facilities just need an update, which they are working on.

Nice hotel but our maid can't seem to give us towels+wash rags+hand towels every day. We had a large beetle in the room and ants. Who would think ants could make their way 22 flights?

Marc FerrariJunho 26, 2013Nice hotel. Found a cheap deal on expedia however a mysterous resort fee jacked the price up a bit. Make sure to ask about it before booked. Still a decent deal but I was shell shocked a little.

Stayed here 6 times in the past two years. NEVER once saw bugs. CLEAN rooms & GREAT service! we never stay anywhere else.
- Great place to stay!!!!! Easy access to all parks. The only thing is the parking is horrible u have to park all the way there and walk ago ways. Unless you pay them 16.00 to park your car. SCREW THAT!
Cleaning crew makes a lot of noise on our floor starting around 8am...way too early. And doors have zero efforts to reduce sound...so when anyone around you closes their door everybody can hear it.
Nice place to stay, great location but parking is a bit of a walk. Not something you look forward to after a long day at the parks. Internet is not "free". You pay extra $15 for the amenities fee.

Watch out for the bottom of the door to the family bathroom. It's rusted and has ragged edges. Perfect for a small child to get a bad injury!- If you're coming to Orlando, look no further than this hotel! Top notch all the way at a very reasonable rate. We don't stay anywhere else.

trempzAgosto 18, 2012Nice hotel, however they will try to rope u into some time share thing. The shuttles are awful and never on time. You can catch them in downtown Disney which is literally across the street.- Great property, nice rooms, clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast at Watercress Cafe. Only very slight, if at all drawback was parking seemed a little far.

Michelle DeMakesMaio 30, 2015Needs a renovation! First room smelled of smoke! Changed rooms and the bathroom door doesn't close all the way and carpet has stains on it! They also don't tell you about the hotel fee! Unhappy!

Great experience seeing Disney characters at breakfast. Nice touch for the kids.
