Service is a bit slow, their Egyptian breakfast is quite tasty, the falafel are incredible. Lentil soup also very good and fulfilling as a meal. Must order mango juice, so delicious.

I spent two amazing days during novartis ophthalmology conference in special guest room ,, and enter swimming pool and jakozy, sawna and steam path in health club ,, it really was amazing days

seriously the food there is amazing.. its rare to find a good place do delicious food in ramadan.. the service is awesome .. dessert is more than amazing specially "om ali" most recommended ..

Their breakfast is one of the best i have ever tried in many Hilton hotels! Omelette was so yummy !! Nice hotel good rooms. Many restaurants to choose inside the hotel.

Wonderful place , lots of freat conference rooms , WC's are IR controlled , wifi all over the place , although you need a pass code , I found that 40daad86 is working .

Love the choice of restaurants here! All fantastic but be sure to try their Indian, Thai, and Noble House for Chinese food and teppanyaki table. AMAZING!

Nice set of restaurants including Fuze with nice cocktail recipes from around the world. Also good for a day use - the new portion has really unique architecture.

The Chinese and tapanyaki restaurant served a spectacular food, taste was one of the best I tried in Cairo since a long time 😊 I highly recommend it

Love the lobby and atmosphere especially around wedding times . The cafe in the lobby serves great desserts. They also have free fast wifi.

Great location, close to airport. You have two fairmont the old one and the tower, like them both. Spacious lobby , you can have your meetings there.

One of the best hotel I stayed ever. There are more than 10 restaurants in the hotel. Very nice rooms. But quite expensive.

Free WiFi on the ground floor. No toothbrush & toothpaste in the room. Complementary tee/coffee / water. Big rooms. Real 5 star hotel.

Fairmont towers rooms are small, but the main building of Fairmont us much better with spacious rooms and better facilities

Valet parking service is awful,I handed my car key to the valet guy to park it,came back after 1 hour to take it, the guy said "ohh,Its down in basement, take the key & go take it yourself".. REALLY ?

Place nice, design, interior,lounge area good but food in Italian restaurant not good, ordered salmon steak with vegetables honestly was not well done, and vegetables too, no taste at all

The Fairmont Heliopolis is one of the older Fairmonts. The Fairmont *Tower* seems to be the nicer one of the two neighboring Fairmonts.

رغم ان فيرمونت هيليوبوليس مشهور كفندق للأحداث والمناسبات بسبب قاعاته الكثيرة ومتنوعة المساحات الا ان خدمات الطعام في الأحداث سيئة جدا ليس فقط خلال الأشهر الاخيرة ولكن خلال السنوات الماضية
