This is a great gym in Laredo, highly recommend. Perfect for free weight lifting and cardio, wish I came across facilities like this more in my travels.

Zumba and Bodyflow classes are very good, but Monday Zumba is way too crowded. The kids club is good.

Golds has everything you need to work out, however the place is in disrepair. Its never really "that" clean, machines are rusty, no wipes to clean them, staff seems not to give a shit. Just workout

More people standing around/ sitting on machines than actually using them, not enough space for all the equipment here, & I just got ripped $16 for a day pass! Total Fail & I'm never coming back!!

It's looks nice... But some equipment looks old. And the bottom line no guest pass to try out the gym... Such a failure.
