Get there at either 5pm or 9pm for quick service. Anything in between and you'll be stuck waiting 1+hour for a seat. GREAT ramen, though. Definitely a must visit!!! Also, it's cash only, so bring $$$
They have a special taco: Pork Belly with diced apples & pears, and a poppy seed salsa. Excellent balance of sweet and savory.
