Love the Rhiz Up (ginger), and their flights are always fun for trying new things
The hamachi crudo is insane - it somehow melts on your tongue while packing a ton of flavor. And the shark bite roll is delicious.
I've only had the tonkotsu so far, but it's dynamite. They also carry my favorite Japanese beer (Hitachino Nest)!
Take the elevator to the lower level and explore the original building's vault - but don't lock yourself in a safety deposit box!

The staff here love a challenging pairing request, like a white wine to go with cassoulet, and their selection is awesome.

Oyster night on Monday and Tuesday. Also, the almond crusted trout and the clam bake are fantastic.
The Dorothy Mantooth cocktail and umami chicken wings are flawless. Next time I come I'll be sure to take advantage of their outdoor seating.
The hog's head terrine and nduja (spicy spreadable salami) are really incredible. Glad I stepped out of my comfort zone with them.
