The pool is the highlight here (obviously via the name). Excellent spot for family and full-size lanes + wonderful hot tub.- They have open swim a lot, but you need to check the schedule. That way you can make sure the big slide is turned on.
Least crowded times in the pool are after 7:00am and before 4pm. Swim teams invade in the early morning and after school hours which limit the number of lanes available for laps.

Be careful January through march as the center gets full of people trying to fulfill new years resolutions and it can be hard to find a machine at times. Usually this isn't an issue though.

- Before noon and after eight pm on the weekdays are the least busy.
Tell the folks in the cardio room to turn off politics and turn on sports.
Horrible customer service at the front desk!
