They get US imports so always check the book section if there's something you're after

Scream The Horror MagAgosto 27, 2013This shop stocks Scream:The Horror Magazine. If you can't see it on the shelf, ask a member of staff, and tell them Scream sent you.
Absolutely amazing place! They frequently have people doing signings for books etc so check their website each week to see what's going on

I just could not resist it, I bought an Adipose. This is the place for sci-fi and cult collectors and fans and the book shop has best selection of sci-fi and fantasy titles in UK.
