I absolutely love this gym for not being a macho club. It's convenient, affordable, spacious during certain hours and motivating. What more can you ask for?
Great gym for the price! Never too crowded....guaranteed to be able to run in for a quick workout before or after work.
A great gym with even a better price. I work out 2x a day, before work and during lunch. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place to all people that work in the area.

They moved select devices we've always used into these "Personal Training" areas and those of us who didn't sign up for a personal trainer can't use them while they're training. 😡
2 months left on my deeply discounted gym membership ($10/mo). Its the best workout deal in town.... Make sure you catch their spring promotionals to save big!
Japeth is the greatest trainer I've ever worked with. He is whipping my butt into shape and he doesn't let you quit. Oh and it's cool that the place has FREE secure parking and is open 24 hours.
Get your parking validated here even if you aren't at Colony Square to work out! Parking downstairs is SUPER EXPENSIVE!- I love this gym. It's cheap and never crowded. Staff is friendly but doesn't pester.
Park near the escalator for prime parking. Easy exit/entry at the door.
Please wipe up your sweat and put away the weights when you're done. Other people use those machines too.
Who would have thought, Yoga would kick my ass more than an hour workout in the gym? My Inward Dog is barking!
You get what you pay for. After 6yrs with LaFitness I honest wasn't impressed. It feels like an over size apt complex gym. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being great) I give it a 4!

Robins kickboxing class is where its at on Mondays and Thursdays!!- Validation for parking is ONLY TWO (2) HOURS. Don't get tricked like me and pay $16 !!!!

Emily BJunho 15, 2010This gym is a pretty good deal. I do love the 24hrs. But the background music is AWFUL and too loud. Locker rooms poor, seem... moist. Machines good, usually available even during peak hours. B-
Don't wear cologne or perfume to the gym. It's inconsiderate to other members!
- I kinda hate this gym now. The men's stream room has been closed for two months but they claim it's cause they're remodeling. I call BS.
- May is off to a rough start so its time for some stress relief to keep my head clear.
- Want a much more effective workout, try a trainer. I use Tom Murphy. Lost 24 pounds in 8 weeks and building some good muscle.

This club would be so much better if the equipment worked all of the time.
This is a 24/hr gym and has a much better price than Gold's, etc.
