- The marketplace has lots of great shops and restaurants in it, and is a nice place to walk around (plus, views of the Bay). And there's a good farmers market on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

- They have a mosaic of the Seal of California on the second floor. Just ask the security guard nicely and they'll let you through to take a picture :)
- Probably the single best place for a tourist to get an understanding of Northern California foodie, hipster, coffee, and ethnic culture all in one spot. Beautiful architecture and bay front spot.

- A place you can't miss in the city. Love the atmosphere here. Take a pastry a ACME Bakery, a drip at Blue Bottle, and go sit outside on the waterfront. Amazing.

- Crowded but a ton of fun. There's a lot of food options so walk around and nosh your way through various stalls. Ice cream, cheeses, pastries, cold cuts, it's all delicious!
