A great location in downtown dubai on the boulevard. Their service and food are good, up to the address hotels standards.
The rooms are modern and the furniture is brand new and everything in the mini bar is free of charge. The staff are very friendly, theyre still in their soft opening.

The usuall Address standards, the access to Dubai Mall is a bit confusing though. The hotel is a bit more down toned when compared to the Address Dubai Mall.
The direct access from the lounge to your flights gate is really convenient, ask at the receptionists before you leave if it's available for your trip.
