Beautiful but ridiculously hot outside. If it's in the 30s, try the seats just inside. You can see out and enjoy the air conditioning as well!
Stairs for 25th floor viewing platform are on 23rd floor. Don't forget the viewing platform on the back, above Waterloo station!
Visit on sundays! You can't go everywhere, but you can go inside for free :)
The spa is very relaxing and the interiors in general are beautiful and functional without being ostentatious.
Early bird tickets are worth the money!!! It was rammed by the time we left, whereas we practically had the space to ourselves! (See pic)
They start to freeze the place from 15:30 onwards to drive customers out. Bring blankets. And gloves.
Classic american steakhouse. YUM! The portion of fries is gigantic, btw. One will feed three people.
