Very much overrated. Omelettes are made in a microwave, which is wired, and not surprisingly not tasty.

Ordered two bagels and they charged me $10 for delivery w/o telling me even though they advertise free delivery. Talked a a hysterical lady named Sarah, who was very rude and not helpful.

If you can ignore the slow service, interesting hiring practices, and the employee in the back screaming out orders, then you can have yourself a pretty decent bagel. Skip the coffee. Go to Orens.

Service extremely poor. People will just stand behind other counters and look at you instead of coming out from their counter to help.
