Greenpoint's Roberta's (but better!). There will be a wait of 45 minutes+ though and the lobby will be crowded so after you put in your name, head up the block for a drink at Lulu's or Brouwerij Lane.
Prix Fixe brunch! $18 for 2 drinks (boozy or not) and an entree. Lots of really good juices and Latin-American style meats but beware vegetarians. There are 2-3 veggie arepas but not a lot of options.
Part bar, part beer store. Really helpful staff. Assemble your own 6-pack of top-notch bottles or take home a growler of whatever on draught. A constantly rotating but always awesome selection.
Get yourself some Harbison cheese. It's smoky and delicious. And while indulging, grab some Innis & Gunn (beer). Everything here is gourmet, high quality and awesome. Good prepared sandwiches too.
