When your processes get in the way of the customer experience, you need to rethink the way you do business. You are in the SERVICE business and your customers should be your #1 priority. AVOID! AVOID!- Eye brow threading ask for Sophia. She does amazing work!
Very disappointed considering the prices here. They called us 10 minutes before our appointment to change the time, but I made the appointment month ago!
