Very fast and easy airport to get through. There isn't a lot to do here, but the flights are generally the cheapest you'll find in Ohio.

Christopher LongSetembro 6, 2014They have a "Mother's Room" at gate B13. The bathrooms are clean and updated. They have water fountains with faucets for BYO bottles and clearly marked recycle bins. In all, a very pleasant airport.
Karen RobbinsSetembro 15, 2013First glance there's not much reason to fly here, but it's a good second option for CMH, CVG, or even Indy. Rental cars are cheap($8/day), there's free wifi, no lines, SWA, nice bathrooms, cheap tix!!
Easy airport to park and navigate. I’ve never seen any significant line at security, either. Pretty limited dining options, though.

There's no place to eat while you wait for the flight without going to security. There's a great coffee place, but don't come hungry.

For those who like to park all the way in the back of the economy lot and walk to the terminal: it was under construction and they had closed the walking pathway! Ask b4 you park there!- My home airport. Needs a great deal of amenities work, but an easy one to navigate.

Are you in town for a while? Is it basketball season? If you answered yes to both of these questions, see if the Dayton Flyers are in town. UD Arena is one of the best NCAA venues in the nation.

Check out the steel handrails near tsa in front of boston stoker. Hand made by a local dayton artist named hamilton dixon. He also did the hand rails at the art institute downtown

The checkin special at the biz center is a squishy airplane. Grab it and offer to a little kid in your gate area--might stop him screaming & kicking the back of your seat.
Easy to get in and out but I find the TSA very spotty. They try to put everyone through the full scan. Don't show up on a Monday at 6:30A.

James RodriguezAbril 2, 2014Arrived about 45 minutes before or flight and am now sitting at the gate with about 35 minutes before scheduled flight departure. There was one person in front is us when we got to the security lines.
Great and easy airport with cheap parking! Worth the drive from Cinci.

A RDezembro 13, 2014Easy airport to get through both coming and going. Most dining options are just after the security checkpoint.
Make sure to stop and get gas about five miles out, there is nothing but on ramps and off ramps immediately surrounding the airport.- Boston Stoker, free wifi and easy to get through make for an excellent airport experience.

Doug WDezembro 26, 2016You'd think the birthplace of aviation would have a better airport. Premier Access checkin for United is a disaster, security is easy if you have TSA-Pre, once you're in a whole lot of nothing.
Chanin StegallMarço 12, 2017Give yourself plenty of time. Typical experience is one security line open. Today's backup relate to a TSA agents "broken" radio. Fifteen minutes later issue was resolved by turning on the radio.
Avoid the B Concourse food places, especially in the morning. They are too busy chatting in the back to take customers. Watched ten people walk up for seating at MVP and walk away unserved.

Max weight for luggage is 70lbs at American Airlines ! Plus upgrading to first gives you TWO free bags :)
Parking is getting horrendous here. Economy lot was full this morning. I ended up going to the $15 garage and there were very few spots left.

All the restrooms in section B (it's not big enough to be a terminal) are closed for renovation......hope you can hold it!
My favorite airport! Easy in and easy out and fast thru security.
Fast and nice TSA personnels. Also try Boston Stocker's bagels on your way out or in.

Great small airport. Very easy to get in and out of security. TSA and friendly also. Very limited in flight options and has mainly CRJ’s flying in and out.- Best airport EVER:) Clean, Friendly, Easy Access Thru Security! What More can u ask for?!
