    Sodas are always flat, waitress is slow, kitchen is slow, only good thing here are the games. This place has gone downhill

    The service charge is only 16%???!!! That's so low and totally ripping off the server or bartender...it should be 18%, and if you're a real human being, 20.

    went on a saturday afternoon and they charged a 16% service charge at the bar. Disappointed. They made the over under shot wrong too

    Worst customer service ..... Maybe ever. Hostess too busy chewing her gum to acknowledge us, waited 20 minutes before server cane over and they were not busy

    2h 45m for an appetizer two adult and one kids meal. Server came around twice in that time. No silverware, no appetizer plates. Cold food. $73 ($20 game card) 16% gratuity. Game here, eat elsewhere.
