Dear Daniel L.,Ironically, the owner of Planet Fitness stole the concept for its gym from Crunch. Crunch has been around since 1989 while Planet was founded in 1992. Crunch is also cleaner.
Be sure to check the hours - they tend to close early on Saturday and Sundays vs. weekdays.
Between 4 and 6pm every week day there are about 30 girls from the Norwalk River Rowing Association here- plan machine use wisely!

This is a carbon copy of Planet Fitness. I'm just saying ......... Nothing like the true Crunch brand. This franchise deserves an F for effort.
If you meet Lauren (a staff member), she is very nice
Avoid btwn 5-8 pm unless you want to wait for a machine. Mon & Tues are the busiest nights.
