- Please use some etiquette. =) if u r on an equipment. If someone needs to use one when u r on the phone talkin or texting. Pls give way. That seat isnt used for texting or talking on the phone. TY!
- Go in with a plan. Always plan the muscle groups you're going to work that day. Otherwise you'll just be milling around the machines and you'll get tired of the gym.
- Great friendly staff, great variety of equipment and an exceptional functional training area. Very glad I joined!
- Don't just spend all your time on the treadmill. Get the most out of your membership and lift some weights. Lifting is good for weight loss too. :-)
- If it weren't for Gia-rose's and Jasmine's Zumba classes, I would have switched gyms a long time ago. They ignore me every time I ask for the Padres game.
- Bring a friend! A friend who helps with motivation, is worth their weight on the bar...get it? #keepyourheadinthegame
- Working out doesn't mean "eat whatever you want". Eat a healthy diet to aid your workout and get better results. GO HARD!!
- Never feel that you can't ask a trainer for a quick tip. If they are training someone, give them the courtesy to finish with their client, then ask.
- Be considerate. Clean the cardio machines when you're done using them. Nobody wants your germs!
- The guys that work at the front desk are great. Always helpful!
- Make sure you get there early on Sunday. They close really early :(
- Think the front desk people could be a little more friendly, but like the gym otherwise
- Its not the weight you lift...it how many reps you do. No Judgments...do your best and forget the rest.
- On the "Lat Pull Down" machine...don't lean back to pull down. Drop the weight and push ur chest out and head back to get best results.
