À noite o pessoal é mais mau humorado, mas isso não estraga a estadia.- Good for travelers willing to forego traditional room service. order from local eateries like Gracie’s Diner, Nicks. walk to local deli. microwaves, small fridges in suites. Short walk to Q train.

Decent hotel with pleasant rooms, lots of restaurants nearby and a roomy gym. While there are only 2 elevators, this was not a cause for delay. Distance from subway lines need to be planned for.
Fuck hotel, please try an other! You must always wait for the elevater, walking to the underground is to far! And they let other people in your room!! No breakfust, But a nice pool
The staff here is so super friendly!!! Nice room, too.
Marina in the cafe will take great care to make sure you have a great breakfast!

The wait for the elevators is horrendous most of the time.
Not a great location, customer service is poor, and staff needs to focus on that.

A few more elevators would be nice. The wait is ridiculous.
Stay away from the free coffee located one level down from the lobby.
House keeping stole my iPhone charger...watch ya back.
