JL Johnson @User47Fevereiro 22, 2014There is a small, well hidden basement parking garage on the side of the building that faces the Residence Inn. You'll need a room key to get in.
Overall decent Courtyard. What really sets this place apart is the bar staff, in particular Josh. Definitely one of the best bartenders I've come across and not just at hotel bars.

Also a Fairfield Inn just on the other side of MOA. 5 minute drive to the airport. Great location
Make sure to ask for a room with a balcony or a corner room that is actually a suite...nice courtyard but maid doesn't vacuum so just put dnd on the door they change sheets each guest not daily
Rooms are dated but clean. Internet sucks, cuts in and out all the time, very annoying! Within walking distance of the mall of America, but they will drive you.

The pool has so much chlorine in it it almost formed a gas. Choke.

Rebecca WilliamsNovembro 21, 2013Guest dryers do not dry all the way. I asked the front desk and was told they couldn't do anything because it was serviced by a vending company??!! WTH! I just wanted dry clothes!
Horrible TV signal & service Totally different TV service in rooms compared to lobby. No NFL network in rooms so U have 2 hang out in lobby 2 watch games on NFL network. Not customer friendly at all.- Be careful. We just had a room fire. The air conditioner just went up in a pink-purple flame that I had to quickly yank out of the wall. Maintenance doesn't know where the breakers are. Classless.
- Strange front desk. Wouldn't check me in despite having rooms free because "mine" wasn't clean.
- I think the worst thing was that despite having a fire, they couldn't give a sh*t that it even happened. Actually said, "well I guess it's safe now."
