Room was clean. I like that they offer extra points to not have your room serviced. They’ll leave extra towels on the door handle. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- Great sunrise opportunities. The front desk staff here is ALWAYS great. Love coming here!

Alison MatoneMaio 28, 2013we also had issues with cable as many tips mentioned. maid service was pretty poor as well. i felt our room was never 'really cleaned up' during our stay and missed entirely one day.
For $319 a night I think they can spare a couple scrambled eggs and bacon in the morning. Nice rooms, but horrible extras that most expect from the Marriott name.

Nicest hotel in OC. Better than Hilton, considering price. However, as others have said, no Elite perks. No free breakfast, no upgrade. Restaurant overpriced and underperforms.
Nice hotel everything is good except the cable sucks.
