Very clean. I don't think there is a bad seat in the place. Not too cold. Sounds were good. Centre video is clear and easy to see.
When going to a game with kids, bring a cap for a pop bottle -- the concessions remove them and bottles can spill easily ... Don't ask me how I know this!

Not a bad seat in the house, and pretty easy to move around regardless of purchased tickets.
