John StaffordDezembro 24, 2019Club members remember to go to the club level for free coffee and living room to hang out for more room. Also balcony and gym are that level.- Super friendly staff except for the valets. Don't forget the club house on the top floor for free coffee & hot tea. There is a turndown service too around 7-730p which is a little surprising.
Youssef JoumaniMaio 7, 2012Big Rooms, free Wifi. Ok. Sometimes a bit slow, but always available. Very friendly people. Check out the club with free coffee, thee and hot choclat and the free sauna.
Gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, überall sehr sauber.
A great hotel with an excellent location. Rooms are of a high quality and great size.

The internet connection on floor 5 are unacceptable. It is slow, it disconnects and times out.

Donna CoyneMarço 20, 2014Don't stay here. Club staff is rude (though the hotel staff was nice). Apparently the club and the hotel operate separate hotels in the same physical location.
Very nice hotel, but the internet is slow.

Kelly ChildressFevereiro 16, 2013Bathroom sink had mold. Servers in restaurant very rude. Location was decent...looked bad, but close to alot. Hotel was OK.. Just seemed outta date.
never stay on the ninth floor, wifi is too slow or it doesn't work. eighth floor has the fastest wifi.
